At STUDENT BOOK STORE, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping options within India:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS, where available

  • Local/Other Delivery: SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR LOCALS

Available shipping methods may vary depending on your delivery address, product availability, and the shipping options shown at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Within India: 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or communicated with your order will apply where it differs from the general estimates above.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as your delivery location, order value, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Our current shipping charges are:

  • Standard Shipping: 60 RUPEES

  • Express Shipping: 100 RUPEES

  • Free Shipping: FREE SHIPPING OVER 400 RUPEES PURCHASE OF ITEMS

The final shipping cost applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where tracking is available.

You may receive your tracking details by [EMAIL/SMS/WHATSAPP].

You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your shipment through the relevant courier's tracking system.

Please allow 12 HOURS after dispatch for tracking information to become active.

6. Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

We may not be able to change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery where permitted.

7. Delivery Issues and Delays

Although we work with our shipping partners to provide reliable delivery, occasional delays can occur.

We will work with the relevant shipping provider to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate update.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at studentbookstore14@gmail.com as soon as possible.

For damaged deliveries, we may request photographs of the package and product to help us investigate the issue with the courier.

Where appropriate, we may arrange a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or another issue attributable to the customer, please contact us at studentbookstore14@gmail.com.

Depending on the circumstances, additional shipping charges may apply if you request that the order be shipped again.

Any refund for an undeliverable order will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
